Grandpa's Birthday

Joseph, Miriam, and I went to Salt Lake this evening for Grandpa A.'s birthday dinner at Uncle Dan's house. As soon as the front door opened, I knew Grandpa had been cooking from the yummy smells wafting out. He made lasagna and his famous meatballs that no one else seems to be able to duplicate. We also had some fresh fruit and salad. Then we sat and talked and just had fun being together. I made an 8x8 scrapbook of the "Florida" grandkids for Grandpa's birthday gift and decided to scan it and share it on my blog. I scanned two pages to an image, except the title page, so it's how you would see it in the book. If there are photos of you in here and you don't like them, please don't be mad. I just grabbed a bunch of pictures from Facebook and had them printed, because I was very limited on time this week. That's why some of the pictures are kind of blurry. Grandpa liked them all and laughed at some of them. For some reason, he thought the picture of Johnny's face was the funniest. Of course, I had to include a picture at the end of everybody eating. It's the 3rd thing we do best as a family (1st is music and 2nd is talking).

Oh, I wish I could've had some of Grandpa's meatballs! Chad and I ate at Olive Garden on Sat. Everything was good except the meatballs.
